In his role as a Recruiter, Judd creates the bridge between recruiters and clients. He generates sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve corporate sales targets, identifies new sales opportunities, and strengthens existing accounts.
To maintain the client-account manager relationship, manage and solve conflicts with clients, interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account, establish budgets with the client and company and meet time deadlines for accounts.

Marc is responsible for the account management of three major mining companies located in the Timmins area.
He recently relocated to Timmins, Ontario to ensure closer proximity to his clients.
Marc believes that having the proper tools to perform and excel in one’s job is imperative, and that includes critical industry training, as well as ongoing mentoring and coaching.

Penni handles recruitment for the oil & gas, industrial and marine industries across Canada. Not only does she ensure all candidates have proper certificates, she guides and advises them on how to obtain certifications in order to be productive, knowledgeable and, above all, safe.
With a diploma in career resource management, human resources management, and business/office administration, Penni is well-equipped to understand the needs of job seekers, and obtain the very best training facilities and programs for their indoctrination and safety.

Karen has enjoyed a progressive and successful career of 30+ years in the Atlantic Canada Market in Branch Manager and Atlantic Regional Director positions with staffing service providers supporting the office, industrial, marine and offshore industry sectors. Karen’s many years of experience working with companies, candidates and strategic partners helps assure Levert’s continued growth and success in this diverse and exciting region.

Chantal is a recruiter out of our office in Quebec, she brings experience to the table in the mining, industrial and construction industries.
Being bilingual brings Chantal pride, knowing that she can serve the English and French communities across Quebec and other provinces in Canada. She also believes in establishing friendly and solid work relationships with clients and candidates, this being one of her strongest assets here at Levert.

Dylan is responsible for full cycle recruitment and placing quality candidates in office clerical, industrial, and mining industries across Canada. With a background in Business Management/Human Resources, he is well equipped to understand the needs of both clients and candidates.

With close to 15 years’ experience as a recruiter in the staffing industry, Angelina has a history of making a connection with her candidates and client contacts. From the point of first contact, Angelina enjoys getting to know her candidates, listening to their needs to succeed in a role, and shares her passion for safety. Building strong relationships and having a personal connection with her candidates and clients is one of the favorite aspects of her role.

An experienced and accomplished Account Manager, Business Developer and Recruiter, Deborah is a real people person; a great listener and an effective and influential communicator. Deborah’s client management and recruiting skills stems from experience within the Offshore Oil & Gas and Shipbuilding sectors, both of which she is hoping she can build upon as part of her role with Levert where she will also manage existing accounts while seeking out new opportunities for revenue throughout Atlantic Canada.

Danielle Radske is the industrial recruiter at our Timmins branch. Danielle is no stranger to the mining industry; she comes from a family who have devoted their efforts to the mining industry, over decades. Danielle has a wealth of administrative experience and has taken on a leadership role in Health & Safety. Meeting the needs of both our clients and our people is her goal.

Kyla Carter is a Industrial Recruiter at Levert Group. She helps supply workers in various mining and industrial sectors in and around the Greater Sudbury area.
