I wanted to reach out to share my thoughts with you during this time of uncertainty. COVID-19 is on the minds of everyone and we need to work together in order to stop the spread.
We, at Levert, are having regular meetings to ensure we are keeping up with the changing information and shifting how we do things in order to best serve our clients and employees. We are currently virtualizing our offices to ensure our staff can continue to do their work at 100% efficiency while practicing social distancing. Rest assured, we are here and able to continue supporting our clients’ needs.
To help our clients maintain a healthy workplace, we have implemented a self-declaration form for all our employees to fill out. We have also discontinued all non-essential travel and asked our sales staff to only report to our clients’ offices upon request. They are all available for phone meetings as required.

We recognize the concerns raised about the Covid-19 virus and the impact it may have on our day-to-day lives. In order to be proactive and assist in lowering the risk to all of our employees, we are taking the following steps:
✓ While our business remains open, our offices will be closed to the public. We will still be available by telephone or email. Please be sure to keep in communication with your recruiter.
✓ Effective immediately, there is a “No Handshake” policy in place until further notice for all employees.
✓ We ask that all employees refrain from sharing office equipment, supplies and tools when possible.
✓ We ask that you continue to use proper hygiene techniques. This includes ensuring you wash your hands consistently and effectively, cough and sneeze into a tissue or crook of your arm etc. We strongly encourage employees who are not well to stay home! Please report all absences to your recruiter and onsite supervisor.
✓ Employees who have traveled internationally are to self-isolate for 14 days. Keep in contact with your recruiter to keep them informed about your situation.
✓ Complete and return the self-declaration form to your recruiter.
We all play a role in lowering the risk of contracting the virus, or any other illness. As with all health and safety policies, employees need to follow and respect the client’s guidelines for their individual sites.
